What's the first thing that comes to your mind when you hear Korea? Oppa Gangnam Style

This Dance have been spreading world wide, Malaysia is no exception:

South Korea is one of the few countries that has economic growth in excess of 5% for 5 consecutive decades, and thus is classed as one of the world's greatest economic success stories.

Moreover, South Korea has intensely conformist societies. South Koreans are absolute masters of change and rebuild, being able to adept and solve times of hardships very quickly and effectively.
For example, developed countries like Japan is still arguably recovering from the economy crisis that hit Asia in the 1990’s while South Korea has long been in rude health.

South Korea is also widely known as the cultural  epicenter of Asian culture.  Korean pop music,or K-pop, has been exported with great success not just all over the continent, but in many countries in Asia as well. Korean TV dramas are watched from Tokyo to Beijing, and some Korean variety shows, especially ''Running Man'' is one of the most popular shows in Asia, especially among young generations .  South Korean films are the enormously popular (not just among teenagers but adults as well) throughout Asia except for India, and the level of Korea’s cultural influence continues to grow and develop.

(Running Man, the world wide famous variety show)

(Innocent Man, one of the South Korea's top drama 2012)

(G Dragon, one of the most famous pop star around the world, especially among girls)

Despite all these strengths, South Korea do face significant challenges. The main thing most Asian countries, including South Korea is wrestling with right now is the inexorable rise of China and the political, cultural and military influence that comes in its wake. In addition, the politicians in Seoul have the ever-present dilemma of dealing with hard-line communist North Korea.  Moreover, South Korea faces increasing competition from lower wage competitors in the region and will need to draw on all its reserves of flexibility and tenacity to not fall behind in the game.
