Ø South Koreans prefer to do business with people with whom they have a
personal connection.
Ø They develop their relationships through informal
social gatherings that often involve a considerable amount of drinking and
eating.
Ø Individuals who have established mutual trust and
respect with each other will work hard to make each other successful
Ø South Koreans are direct communicators and they are not averse to asking
questions if they do not understand what has been said or need additional
clarification.
Ø Never say no in every decision making and always
say yes when communicate with south Korean people.
Ø Say good bye and bow to each other before leaving
any social gathering.
